01Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of Approx, including guest play. Creating an account, signing in, or starting a guest game means you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Approx is available only to people aged 16 and over, including guest players. You must also be legally able to enter this agreement where you live, with parent or guardian permission where required by local law.

02Accounts and security

Registered accounts use a username, email address, and password. Keep your password and sign-in tokens secure, and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Guest accounts do not require an email address and may have limited recovery options.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law says otherwise. Do not impersonate another person or create accounts to evade a restriction.

03Playing fairly and behaving appropriately

Use Approx lawfully and in a way that lets other people enjoy the game. You must not:

• cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with gameplay, or attempt to access another person’s account or data;
• harass, threaten, discriminate against, or publish private information about another person;
• use chat to share sexual content, solicit personal information, groom or exploit minors, send scams or evade blocks and moderation;
• submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive material, or use questions to promote unrelated content;
• probe, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service except where the law gives you that right.

04Questions and other content you submit

You keep any rights you have in questions and other content you submit. You give Approx a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, review, edit for formatting or safety, display, and use that content as needed to operate, moderate, and improve Approx. This permission ends when the content is removed, except for copies retained in backups or records where reasonably needed.

All submitted questions require manual approval before appearing in games. Chat uses basic automated language filtering and can be reported message by message. You can block players from chat and manage those blocks in your profile. Administrators may remove messages, restrict chat access or suspend accounts. Contact vucic94@yahoo.com for safety concerns.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it does not violate another person’s rights or these Terms. We may review, reject, hide, or remove content and may act on reports.

05Game records and product improvement

Approx stores game results and related account history to provide scores, leaderboards, progress, and other game features. We also use aggregate game totals to understand how the service is used and improve it. Details about the information involved are in the Privacy Policy.

06ROX and rewards

ROX is a virtual game balance used for features within Approx. ROX has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and is not a payment account. We may correct balances or reverse rewards obtained through errors, abuse, or rule violations. Some ROX features, including rewarded ads, depend on third-party services.

07Service changes and account restrictions

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Approx to maintain, protect, or improve the service. We may restrict or end access where a user breaks these Terms, creates risk for others or the service, or where law requires it. Where practical, we will explain a restriction and provide a way to contact us.

08Intellectual property and availability

Approx’s software, visual design, name, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you permission to use the service for personal, non-commercial play; they do not transfer ownership to you.

We provide an online service that may be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent the law permits, Approx is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

09Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will change the date shown above when we publish a revision. If a change materially affects users, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to their attention.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you under the law where you live.
